The Partnership does not have as its Investment Objective Sustainable Investments nor promotes ESG characteristics, as provided by Articles 8 and 9 of SFDR (i.e. ESG aspects, if any, are not binding for the Investment decisions process). However, although the Investment Policy of the Partnership is not oriented on Sustainable Investments and /or ESG, it is possible that some of the underlying Investments may show a direct or indirect connection with Sustainable Investments and/or ESG without being taken into consideration in the Investment process.
According to the Taxonomy Regulation, the investments underlying this financial product do not take into account the EU criteria for environmentally sustainable economic activities.
As regards the principal adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors as set out in Article 4 and Article 7 of the SFDR, as of the date of this Appendix, neither the Investment Manager nor the General Partner considers the principal adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors.
In accordance with Article 4 (1) (b) and Article 7 of SFDR, the main reason for not considering them at the Partnership’s level is the lack of further information and data available to adequately assess the principal adverse impacts.
